Privacy & cookies
The short version: there is no account, so there is almost nothing to collect. This page says exactly what that means, in plain English. Last updated 1 August 2026.
What we do NOT collect
- No account. There is no sign-up, no login, no password. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- No trading data. The site does not connect to your exchange, cannot see your positions or balances, and never places orders. Everything shown is public market data from Delta Exchange, identical for every visitor.
- No selling of data. We have no personal data to sell, and would not.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used — nothing more. It sets a cookie and records anonymised, aggregated usage (page views, rough region, device type). We use this only to decide what to build next.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or any cookie that identifies you personally. If you block cookies or use tracker-blocking, the site works exactly the same — analytics simply won’t count your visit.
To opt out everywhere, use your browser’s cookie controls or Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
What leaves your browser
Loading the site makes requests to a small, fixed set of services:
- Our own server — serves the pages and proxies live data.
- Delta Exchange’s public API — for live prices, the option chain and candles. Public endpoints; no credentials of yours are ever sent.
- Google Analytics — the anonymised usage ping described above.
Our Content-Security-Policy blocks the page from talking to anything outside that list.
Not investment advice
Everything here is educational analytics on public market data — never investment advice, a signal service, or a recommendation to buy or sell. You place, size and own every trade yourself. Options carry substantial risk of loss. See the methodology for how each number is derived and where it is weak.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about data or privacy can go to TheSkewLab@gmail.com.
This notice describes current practice for a personal, non-commercial analytics site and is not legal advice. It is written to be honest and readable rather than exhaustive.
